The Forged Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is specifically designed for high-pressure, high-stress, and critical service applications. Forged materials eliminate inherent casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage, while the sufficient wall thickness, split-body construction, and high-strength tie bolts enable the valve to withstand severe pipeline stress and facilitate convenient maintenance.
