Floating Ball Valve – Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve
Product Overview
The Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve features a floating ball design supported by two valve seats. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball is able to generate slight downstream displacement and press firmly against the outlet seat seal ring, ensuring tight shut-off at the downstream side.
Compared with cast floating ball valves, the forged steel construction offers higher mechanical strength, better pressure resistance, and improved structural integrity, making it suitable for more demanding service conditions.

Main Features
1. Floating ball sealing principle
Line pressure forces the ball against the downstream seat, ensuring reliable and consistent sealing performance.
2. Forged steel body construction
Provides enhanced strength, rigidity, and resistance to pressure and thermal stress.
3. Compact and robust design
Simple structure with excellent reliability and ease of maintenance.
Design Features
1. Reliable Seat Sealing
Precision-machined ball and seat ensure tight shut-off and long service life.
2. Blow-out Proof Stem
Stem design prevents stem ejection under internal pressure, ensuring operational safety.
3. Fire-Safe Design
Fire-safe construction allows metal-to-metal sealing in the event of fire, minimizing leakage.
4. Anti-static Device
Ensures electrical continuity between ball, stem, and body to safely discharge static electricity.
5. Locking Device & Mis-operation Prevention
Optional locking mechanism prevents unauthorized or accidental operation.
6. Full Bore / Reduced Bore Options
Available to meet different flow and system requirements.
