Product Overview
The Fully Welded Ball Valve features a forged steel body with an all-welded construction, eliminating the use of bolts and nuts. This design completely removes potential external leakage paths at the body joints, making the valve especially suitable for long-distance pipelines, buried installations, and maintenance-free service applications.
The forged body provides uniform wall thickness and a regular internal structure, effectively avoiding common defects associated with cast valves, such as shrinkage cavities, pinholes, cracks, and sand holes. As a result, the valve offers superior pressure resistance, structural integrity, and long-term reliability.
