Product Overview

The Metal Seated Trunnion Ball Valve features a metal-to-metal seating design for both the ball and seat, enhanced with advanced hardening technologies. The surface hardness of the ball and seat generally reaches HRC60, and can go up to HRC74, providing excellent wear, friction, and impact resistance.

This design makes the valve ideal for critical service conditions, such as high temperature, high pressure, abrasive, or erosive media, where conventional soft-seated valves may fail.
