Four-Way /Three Way Ball Valve
Product Overview
The 3-way/4-way Ball Valve is designed to provide reliable sealing, smooth flow channels, and accurate control of media flow, ensuring minimal pressure loss and stable operation.
The valve can be classified into “Y” pattern, “L” pattern, “T” pattern, or “LL” pattern based on the internal flow channel configuration. The LL pattern four-way ball valve features four seats that allow simultaneous switching of two media flow paths. This design enables multiple flow functions in a single valve, providing convenience, swift operation, and flexible system control.
Proper selection requires specifying operating pressure, temperature, and desired flow paths to ensure correct valve configuration.

Features
1. Reliable Sealing Performance
Precision-machined ball and seat surfaces ensure tight shut-off under various operating conditions, preventing leakage and maintaining system safety.
2. Smooth Flow Channel
Optimized internal pathways minimize pressure loss and turbulence, ensuring efficient and stable flow control.
3. Simultaneous Multi-Media Switching
The LL pattern allows two flow paths to switch at the same time, combining multiple functions in a single valve and simplifying pipeline design.
4. Accurate and Stable Operation
Well-balanced ball design reduces torque and vibration, ensuring consistent operation during repeated switching.
5. Durable Construction
High-quality materials provide corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life even in demanding industrial applications.
6. Flexible Integration
Compatible with both manual and automated actuation, allowing seamless integration into complex piping systems.
7. Versatile Flow Patterns
Available in Y, L, T, and LL patterns to meet different pipeline routing and operational requirements.
